The life, the legacy, the legend that changed music forever.
🎥 Michael — Teaser Trailer
(in theaters April 24th)
Love him or not, there’s no denying Michael Jackson’s shadow still looms large over music and pop culture, and now his story is heading to the big screen. Michael, the forthcoming musical biopic from director Antoine Fuqua (Training Day) and writer John Logan (Gladiator), charts the King of Pop’s meteoric rise from Motown prodigy to global icon, capturing the artistry, ambition, and complexity behind this iconic moonwalking showstopper.
Jaafar Jackson (Michael’s real-life nephew and Jermaine Jackson’s son) steps into his uncle’s legendary shoes, reportedly nailing both the look and movement that defined a generation. The film’s powerhouse ensemble includes Colman Domingo as Joe Jackson, Nia Long as Katherine Jackson, and Miles Teller as entertainment lawyer John Branca, alongside Kat Graham, Larenz Tate, Derek Luke, and Kendrick Sampson as Quincy Jones.
Produced by Bohemian Rhapsody’s Graham King, Michael promises a lavish, performance-driven tribute that digs deeper than sequins and scandals. Expect plenty of t when Michael dances its way into theaters April 24, 2026.
The spirit moves her.
🎥 The Testament of Ann Lee — Teaser Trailer
(in select theaters Dec 25th)
Tired of spotless costumes and polite chatter in your period dramas? The Testament of Ann Lee is here to shake things up... quite literally!
From the wife-husband duo behind the Oscar-winning The Brutalist, Mona Fastvold and Brady Corbet, this gritty 18th-century biopic transforms the life of Shaker founder Ann Lee into a transcendent mix of faith, fervor, and human struggle.
Amanda Seyfried delivers what many are already calling an Oscar-worthy turn as Lee, a visionary woman preaching equality and devotion in a world determined to silence her. Shot in sweeping 70mm, the film blurs the line between historical drama and musical, weaving traditional Shaker hymns with choreography by Celia Rowlson-Hall (Vox Lux) and an original score by Oscar-winner Daniel Blumberg (The Brutalist).
With Lewis Pullman, Thomasin McKenzie, and Christopher Abbott rounding out the cast, Fastvold’s bold, earthy direction reimagines the period epic as something dirtier, holier, and achingly alive.
The Testament of Ann Lee opens in select theaters Christmas Day. So, expect this one to move and shake straight into awards season.
The night shift never ends.
🎥 Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 — New Trailer
(in theaters Dec 5th)
Anyone who grew up spending time at Chuck E. Cheese–style family restaurants knows the trauma of eating bad pizza, diving into germ-infested ball pits, and watching those creepy animatronic mascots that always looked one flicker away from a full-blown meltdown. Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 aims to tap straight into those nightmares again, reviving the haunted nostalgia of childhood terror for another blood-soaked round.
Following the 2023 smash hit that turned a $20 million budget into a $290 million global phenomenon—a reminder that Hollywood’s next cash cow might just be video game adaptations—Blumhouse’s sequel once again teams director Emma Tammi with game creator Scott Cawthon. Josh Hutcherson returns as former night guard Mike Schmidt, still reeling from the horrors of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, while Elizabeth Lail and Piper Rubio reprise their roles as Officer Vanessa Shelly and Abby, Mike’s little sister, who’s once again drawn back to the creepy abandoned restaurant by a mysterious toy box whispering, “Help us. Come find us.”
With new cast members Mckenna Grace, Wayne Knight, and Skeet Ulrich (joining returning villain Matthew Lillard for a mini Scream reunion), the sequel digs deeper into Freddy’s murderous mythology. So, the animatronics are back, the lights are flickering, and evil’s clocking in for another shift.
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 hits theaters December 5th.
🎥 Song Sung Blue — New Trailer
(in theaters Dec 25th)
Fame isn’t always about how much money you make—it’s about the ambition of doing something you love. And if you’re lucky, doing it with someone you love. Song Sung Blue, the new musical drama from Hustle & Flow filmmaker Craig Brewer, taps into that bittersweet truth with the help of two magnetic leads: Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson.
Based on the true story (and the 2008 documentary), Jackman stars as Mike Sardina, a struggling Milwaukee entertainer who finds new purpose channeling his idol, Neil Diamond. When he meets Claire (Hudson), a single mom with a powerhouse voice, the two form Lightning & Thunder!—a Neil Diamond tribute act that turns imitation into inspiration. But as their local fame grows and bigger stages beckon, they’re forced to face the cost of chasing connection under the glare of the spotlight.
Featuring music from Neil Diamond and a supporting cast that includes Michael Imperioli, Jim Belushi, and Mustafa Shakir, Song Sung Blue is pure feel-good rock ’n’ soul—a love letter to performance, purpose, and sequined shirts. Opening Christmas Day in theaters nationwide.
Her heart isn’t for sale... but temptation has a way of negotiating.
🎥 100 Nights of Hero — Trailer
(in theaters Dec 5th)
What do you get when you mix The Arabian Nights with a queer-coded fairy tale, a gothic fever dream, and pop singer Charli XCX? You get 100 Nights of Hero, a visually arresting fantasy fable from writer-director Julia Jackman (Bonus Track) that reimagines ancient folklore through a bold, feminist lens.
Based on Isabel Greenberg’s acclaimed graphic novel of the same name, Maika Monroe (Longlegs) stars as Cherry, a young bride trapped in a loveless marriage. When her husband (Amir El-Masry) makes a cruel wager to secretly test her fidelity over one hundred nights, Cherry’s hidden love for her maid, Hero (Emma Corrin), transforms the story into a sweeping tale of forbidden romance and quiet rebellion. The arrival of Nicholas Galitzine’s dangerously magnetic nobleman, Manfred, only intensifies the tension—believing he can easily seduce Cherry, he soon finds himself caught between temptation and truth.
Featuring Charli XCX in her first major film role, alongside Felicity Jones as the Moon and Richard E. Grant as the mysterious Birdman, 100 Nights of Hero is a spellbinding mix of sensuality, storytelling, and female-driven spectacle. It opens in theaters December 5th.

📺 The Abandons — Trailer
(on Netflix Dec 4th)
Showrunner Kurt Sutter is back to doing what he does best: building ruthless worlds where morality is murky, loyalty cuts deep, and bloodshed is inevitable. With The Abandons, the Sons of Anarchy creator swaps motorcycles for mustangs, crafting a brutal western saga set in the unforgiving 1850s Washington Territory.
At its core are two warring matriarchs: Lena Headey’s Fiona Nolan, the fearless leader of a scrappy clan of outcasts known as “the Abandons,” and Gillian Anderson’s Constance Van Ness, a calculating widow hell-bent on expanding her mining empire. When greed collides with survival, the frontier erupts into a violent feud steeped in revenge, betrayal, and forbidden love.
Also featuring Nick Robinson, Aisling Franciosi, Diana Silvers, Lucas Till, Ryan Hurst, and Patton Oswalt, The Abandons channels Sutter’s signature brand of loyalty and moral corruption with a western twist. It’s Deadwood meets Sons of Anarchy... only sharper, meaner, and dustier. The women in this world are even more ruthless than the men; making it a Sutter special through and through.
The Abandons is slated to premiere Thursday, December 4th on Netflix.
The dial’s set to murder!
