⇩ NEW MOVIE TRAILERS: 🎥
Visionary filmmaker Guillermo del Toro resurrects his long-standing passion project... proving good things come to those who wait.
Frankenstein — Sneak Peek Teaser
(on Netflix in November)
Netflix is betting big on Guillermo del Toro once again. And this time, the maestro of monster horror is breathing life into Frankenstein, del Toro’s long-awaited adaptation of Mary Shelley’s timeless horror novel that promises elegance, anguish, and creature design to die for.
In this new adaptation, Oscar Isaac takes on the role of Victor Frankenstein, a tormented genius playing god in a fog-soaked world of candlelit labs and moral gray zones. Jacob Elordi steps into the Monster’s boots, certainly bringing a level of brooding presence to a creature who never asked to be born, let alone abandoned.
And judging by this first sneak-peek teaser, released this past weekend’s TUDUM event, del Toro’s signature touch can be seen everywhere: the ornate Gothic set design, the finely detailed period costumes, the practical effects, and the cinematic grandeur that made Pan’s Labyrinth and The Shape of Water modern fairy tales for grownups. But Frankenstein might be his most visually thrilling yet, with a tale that is not just of horror but of regret, rejection, and the cost of unchecked ambition.
Mia Goth co-stars as Elizabeth, Victor’s ill-fated bride, while Christoph Waltz will likely chew up scenery as Dr. Pretorius. The cast also includes Charles Dance, Felix Kammerer, David Bradley, and Ralph Ineson.
Written and directed by del Toro, Frankenstein debuts this November on Netflix. Awards buzz is already in the air... and this time, it might just be alive!
In the house of God, everyone has something to hide...
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery — Sneak Peek Teaser
(on Netflix Dec. 12th)
Benoit Blanc is back! And this time, he’s facing his toughest adversary yet… the church!
Daniel Craig returns as the sharp-tongued, Southern-fried sleuth in Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, the third chapter in Rian Johnson’s devilishly clever murder mystery saga. But forget the tech bros and entitled heirs—this time, Blanc’s digging through the stained-glass shadows of faith, guilt, and maybe even his own mortality.
This new TUDUM teaser sets the mood with a haunting church backdrop and a mystery that feels almost divine. As Blanc finds himself roped into a case that smells more like confession than crime scene, it’s clear: this isn’t just another puzzle. It just might be faith calling him to serve a higher purpose.
And the suspects? It’s an unholy communion of A-listers: Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Andrew Scott, Josh O’Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, and Thomas Haden Church. Each with a secret. Each with something to lose. And not one of them ready for Blanc’s holy judgment.
Written and directed once again by Rian Johnson, Wake Up Dead Man promises a twistier, darker mystery—one that plays with sin, redemption, and just the right amount of Southern sass.
Wake Up Dead Man premieres December 12th on Netflix. And let’s face it... whatever hidden secrets are buried beneath that chapel floor, you know Benoit Blanc’s about to dig them up.
Golf just got a little more happier... and a whole lot more chaotic. Fore!
Happy Gilmore 2 — Trailer
(on Netflix July 25th)
Three decades after he changed the game with a slapshot and a bad attitude, Happy Gilmore is back on the green. And this time, he’s got tuition to pay, a new caddie, and a few creaky joints to work through.
Adam Sandler returns in Happy Gilmore 2, the long-anticipated sequel to his '90s cult classic, teeing off this summer on Netflix. Now a devoted husband and dad, Happy’s traded brawls for ballet recitals—until rising costs (and rising tempers) drag him out of retirement for one last shot at glory.
Julie Bowen reprises her role as Virginia Venit, still keeping Happy grounded, while rapper Bad Bunny joins the fun as Happy's new clueless caddie. And yes, Christopher McDonald is back as Shooter McGavin—still smug, still salty, and still obsessed with beating Happy, once and for all.
Directed by Workaholics’ Kyle Newacheck and packed with surprise cameos from golf icons (Rory McIlroy, John Daly), big guest stars (Travis Kelce, Margaret Qualley, Ben Stiller), and classic Sandler regulars (Jackie, Sadie, and Sunny Sandler), Happy Gilmore 2 promises a wild mix of nostalgia, absurd comedy, and underdog charm.
Because some legends never fade... they just take a mulligan. Get ready to find your happy place again... On July 25th. Only on Netflix.
Some calls shouldn’t be answered… but this one’s coming whether you answer or not.
Black Phone 2 — Trailer
(in theaters Oct 17th)
You’d think death would stop a serial killer from making terrifying phone calls… but you’d be wrong. Black Phone 2, the highly anticipated sequel to 2022’s supernatural horror sensation The Black Phone, is ringing just in time for Halloween, and you might not want to pick up.
Mason Thames returns as Finney Shaw, the teen survivor who narrowly escaped the clutches of the sadistic masked killer known as the Grabber (Ethan Hawke). But just when Finney thought he was free, the phone rings again. And this time, on the other end of the line… is the Grabber himself, calling from beyond the grave.
Back from the dead and creepier than ever, Hawke’s kabuki-masked menace isn’t done tormenting his victims. Now operating from some hellish afterlife, he’s reaching through the static phone line with unfinished business and a supernatural vengeance.
Directed once again by Scott Derrickson (Sinister, Doctor Strange) and co-written with longtime writing collaborator C. Robert Cargill, Black Phone 2 expands on author Joe Hill’s terrifying world. Alongside Thames, Madeleine McGraw returns as Gwen, Finney’s psychically gifted sister, whose eerie visions may now be pulling her deeper into the Grabber’s grasp.
Also co-starring Jeremy Davies, Demian Bichir, Anna Lore, Miguel Mora, and Arianna Rivas, the film promises new victims, deeper lore, and a whole lot of dread. Black Phone 2 hits theaters October 17th.
Keanu’s got wings! And a whole lot of good vibes to share.
Good Fortune — Teaser
(in theaters Oct 17th)
Keanu Reeves is done with gunshots and throwing punches... now he’s handing out hope and spreading kindness. In Good Fortune, the action icon lightens up his act as Gabriel, a well-meaning guardian angel in search of a higher purpose. The new comedy, written and directed by comedian Aziz Ansari, marks a celestial shift for the John Wick and The Matrix star. And from the looks of this new teaser, Reeves is embracing the role with heavenly charm and awkward warmth.
Here, Ansari stars as a down-on-his-luck delivery driver stuck in the gig economy grind until Gabriel drops into his life with divine intentions—and a total lack of subtlety. Meanwhile, Seth Rogen plays a smug venture capitalist who also gets a surprise visit from the wingless wonder, turning his high-powered life into a spiritual test.
Rounding out the cast are Sandra Oh as Gabriel’s no-nonsense angelic mentor Martha, along with Keke Palmer and Sherry Cola. The film seems to be blending comedic confusion with a touch of heart, calling back to classic ’90s guardian angel flicks like Michael and City of Angels, but with a modern twist.
Good Fortune marks Ansari’s feature directorial film debut after acclaimed work on his Emmy-winning Netflix series Master of None. And it’s also Ansari’s creative comeback following a long hiatus from the screen.
If you’re tired of angels with halos, try one with a slightly confused sense of purpose as Reeves appears to be bringing an unexpected yet inspired energy to the role of a celestial do-gooder. Good Fortune hits theaters October 17th.
Nursing homes hide more than just memories... sometimes they hide deadly secrets.
The Home — Trailer
(in theaters July 25th)
If you’ve ever wanted to see Pete Davidson get terrorized by senior citizens, The Home might be your movie of the summer.
Trading punchlines for paranoia, Davidson stars in this twisted new thriller from The Purge creator James DeMonaco. He plays Max, a troubled young man sentenced to community service at a seemingly quiet nursing home—until he’s warned to steer clear of the mysterious fourth floor. Naturally, he doesn’t listen. Naturally, things get horrifying.
What begins as a simple act of curiosity spirals into a nightmare of locked doors, dark secrets, and seriously sinister geriatrics. As Max digs deeper, he uncovers a conspiracy that turns his court-ordered rehab gig into a fight for survival.
Directed and co-written by fellow Staten Island native DeMonaco, The Home marks a dramatic departure for Davidson, who’s clearly trying to stretch beyond the stoner-comic persona, even if his character still can’t help poking the bear, and getting himself in a whole lot of trouble.
Co-starring Bruce Altman, John Glover, Ethan Phillips, and Marilee Talkington, The Home opens in theaters July 25th.
Go behind the scenes of the film that bit Hollywood.... Hard!

(on NATGeo and Disney+/Hulu July 10th)

The line between investigator and arsonist increasingly burns thin when trust goes up in flames.
Smoke — Trailer
(on Apple TV+ June 27th)
If there’s smoke, there’s fire. And in Smoke, fire might be the only clue left behind.
From Mystic River and Black Bird creator Dennis Lehane comes a new Apple original series that’s part noir, part psychological thriller, and fully engulfed in suspense. Smoke stars Taron Egerton as Dave Gudsen, a tough, world-weary arson investigator with a dark past and a haunted stare. He’s tasked with investigating a string of mysterious, escalating fires—but as the blaze spreads, so does the suspicion.
Jurnee Smollett plays Michelle Calderone, a relentless detective who teams up with Gudsen but quickly starts wondering if her new ally knows more than he’s letting on. After all, who better to cover up a fire than someone who understands exactly how it starts?
Inspired by the true-crime podcast Firebug, Smoke weaves a story of obsession, deception, and the blurred line between hero and suspect. The deeper Calderone digs, the more the series smolders with one burning question: What if the man hunting the arsonist… is the arsonist?
Featuring a stellar ensemble cast including John Leguizamo, Greg Kinnear, Rafe Spall, Adina Porter, and Anna Chlumsky, Smoke is the latest slow-burn thriller from Apple’s growing roster of prestige crime dramas.
Smoke premieres June 27th exclusively on Apple TV+.
The battle for Godolkin University just got darker... and more dangerous than ever.
Gen V: Season 2 — Teaser Trailer
(on Prime Video Sept 17th)
Class is back in session! And the chaos is only getting bloodier.
Gen V, the hit spinoff series set in the world of The Boys, returns for a second season this fall. While the super-powered students of Godolkin University are still trying to find a way to fight corruption, they’re also dealing with a heartbreaking real-world loss. Following the tragic motorcycle accident death of rising actor Chance Perdomo, who played fan-favorite Andre Anderson, the new season had to be rewritten last minute to somehow address Perdomo’s character. The solution? The season now weaves Andre’s mysterious disappearance into the core of its story.
As Polarity (Sean Patrick Thomas) searches for his son, Andre, the rest of the campus teeters on the edge of turmoil. Marie Moreau (Jaz Sinclair), Emma Meyer (Lizze Broadway), and Jordan Li (London Thor and Derek Luh) are no longer just students—they’re survivors, scapegoats, and now potential recruits in a new power struggle led by incoming dean Hamish Linklater, who promises order… at a cost. For their freedom, Marie, Emma, and Jordan must play by the school’s new rules and embrace their superpowers.
Meanwhile, Cate (Maddie Phillips) and Sam (Asa Germann) lean further into the dark side after pledging allegiance to Homelander, helping fan the flames of a movement that threatens to turn the university into a battlefield.
Created by Craig Rosenberg and executive produced by The Boys team of Evan Goldberg and Eric Kripke, Gen V: Season 2 promises more blood-splattered superhero satire, twisted loyalties, and mind-bending power plays—literally and figuratively. College’s never been this treacherous.
Gen V: Season 2 is set to premiere Wednesday, September 17 on Prime Video.
One final game. One final chance to end it all.
Squid Game: Season 3 — Trailer
(on Netflix June 27th)
The wait is over... but the game’s not done yet. Squid Game: Season 3 arrives this month on Netflix, bringing the global phenomenon to its blood-soaked, heart-pounding conclusion. And this time, it’s not about survival—it’s about vengeance.
Lee Jung-jae returns as Gi-hun, no longer just a desperate player caught in a twisted system, but a man on a mission. With the scars of past betrayals still fresh, Gi-hun is diving back into the game... not to win, but to dismantle it from within!
Creator Hwang Dong-hyuk is back to deliver the series’ most brutal, emotionally charged chapter yet. Season 3 ups the ante with new players, even more elaborate death games, and mind-melting twists that promise to leave audiences shaken long after the final episode drops.
More than just a thriller, Squid Game remains a scathing commentary on greed, class, and the price of humanity in a system rigged against the vulnerable. If Season 1 broke our hearts and Season 2 challenged our morals, then Season 3 is the final reckoning.

Dexter: Resurrection — Trailer
(on Paramount+ with Showtime July 11th)
Think Dexter Morgan is dead? Think again. He survives yet another brush with death in Dexter: Resurrection, the latest chapter in Showtime’s ever-evolving saga of everyone’s favorite code-following killer.
Premiering this summer, the series picks up just weeks after the Dexter: New Blood finale, where Dexter took a bullet from his son Harrison. But this is TV... and death is just a minor inconvenience. Now waking from a coma in a hospital, Dexter’s got a pulse, a second chance, and a hell of a lot of unfinished business.
Haunted (still) by the ghost of his father Harry (James Remar) and his own serial killer past, Dexter heads to New York City in search of a shot at redemption. But NYC isn’t exactly teeming with fresh starts. Enter Emmy-winner Peter Dinklage as Leon Prater, a charismatic billionaire with a chilling obsession for serial killers—and an invitation Dexter might not be able to resist.
Also joining the killer cast: Uma Thurman, Krysten Ritter, Neil Patrick Harris, Eric Stonestreet, and David Dastmalchian. And yes, David Zayas returns as Miami police captain Angel Batista, maybe the only cop (other than his sister, of course) who ever got close to Dexter’s personal life.
With original Dexter showrunner Clyde Phillips back at the helm, Dexter: Resurrection promises a sleek, savage continuation—with Manhattan as the new killing ground and a twisted elite club of serial murderers ready to challenge the king. He’s survived some very close calls before. But can Dexter Morgan survive New York?
Dexter: Resurrection premieres July 11th on Paramount+ with Showtime.
This isn’t your grandfather’s Captain Nemo!
Nautilus — Trailer
(on AMC/AMC+ on June 29th)
Prepare to dive deep. Nautilus, AMC’s sweeping new adventure series, reimagines Jules Verne’s iconic antihero Captain Nemo in a visually striking, high-stakes origin story. And it’s unlike any Twenty Thousand Leagues you’ve seen before.
Shazad Latif (Star Trek: Discovery) stars as a younger, sharper-edged Nemo: an Indian prince turned fugitive, who escapes colonial imprisonment and commandeers a stolen prototype submarine, the Nautilus, to explore the vast unknown beneath the sea. With a ragtag crew of former prisoners and rebels at his side, Nemo sets his sights on the fabled Viking treasure at the Pillars of Halvar—all while outrunning the shadowy forces of the East India Mercantile Company, who see him as a threat that needs to be stopped immediately.
Blending Victorian intrigue with steampunk style, Nautilus delivers underwater spectacle, political rebellion, and treasure-hunting thrills, wrapped in a richly imagined sci-fi world. Created by James Dormer (Strike Back), the series boasts an international ensemble including Luke Arnold, Georgia Flood, Cameron Cuffe, Jacob Collins-Levy, and guest turns from Richard E. Grant, Anna Torv, and Noah Taylor.
Directed in part by Michael Matthews (Love and Monsters), the ten-episode series gives Verne’s timeless tale a fresh coat of high-octane, world-building energy—with a Captain Nemo who is more punk-rock rebel than distinguished commander.
Nautilus premieres Sunday, June 29 on AMC and AMC+.
When the clock’s ticking, the only way to stop a threat is with brute force and sharp instincts. And Ackles has both.
Countdown — Trailer
(on Prime Video June 25th)
Supernatural star Jensen Ackles trades demons for domestic threats in Countdown, Amazon Prime’s new action series from Chicago P.D. and FBI: International executive producer Derek Haas.
Ackles stars as Detective Mark Meachum, a hardened LAPD officer pulled into a federal task force after a Homeland Security agent is assassinated in broad daylight. But what starts as a murder investigation quickly spirals into something far more dangerous: a citywide conspiracy with a ticking-clock terrorist threat.
With Los Angeles on the brink and time running out, Meachum must lead a team of elite agents from across law enforcement—including operatives played by Jessica Camacho, Violett Beane, Elliot Knight, and Uli Latukefu—in a desperate bid to stop the next attack before it happens.
Eric Dane joins as the icy, no-nonsense government liaison overseeing the operation—and possibly hiding a few secrets of his own.
Packed with high-stakes action, tense encounters, and plenty of twists, Countdown marks a return to full-throttle hero mode for Ackles, who already wowed fans as the unhinged Soldier Boy in The Boys.
