SYNOPSIS __________
Plot:
Director Prachya Prinkaew says of his latest work that “Ong-Bak
depicted two traditional Thai beliefs and practices: Muay
Thai and Buddhism. Tom Yum Goong shows a different aspect
of Thailand’s culture and lifestyle, the sacred relationship
between man and elephant. Since ancient times, Thais have
revered and protected elephant, and they are as integral to
the culture as Muay Thai, the traditional form of defence.
Though Tom Yum Goong is set in present time, Tony Jaa demonstrates
the authentic style of Muay Thai that hasn’t been seen
before on film. The cast and crew are determined to stun the
world again with the power and beauty of stunning Muay Thai
action.”
Tom Yum Goong tells the story of Kam (Tony Jaa), a simple

realizes that he only way to save them is to take on the gang.
Even with the help of Thai policeman Mark and Sydney-Based
Thai girl Pla, Kam faces an uphill battle against gana boss
