Plot:
Naomi Watts, who starred in 2002's smash hit horror thriller "The Ring," returns for the sequel as investigative reporter Rachel Keller.

"The Ring 2" will mark the American directorial debut of Hideo Nakata, the director who helmed the Japanese "Ringu" films upon which "The Ring" and "The Ring 2" are based. In the sequel, Rachel struggles to protect her son while dealing with the emotional fallout of the deaths that occurred in the first film.
